This french toasts are yummy and easy in preparing. Enjoy the recipe!
Preheat an electric griddle to 350 F (a skillet with non-stick cover set over medium heat works fine also). Whisk pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg until well combined in a large jug. Pour mix into a shallow dish.
Cover griddle with butter; put bread into egg mixture for few sec. to absorb it. Turn it to coat opposite side in the same way. Place it to griddle, cook until the bottom of slice gets golden brown , lift it, butter griddle again, turn the toast to another side, cook the same way. Serve the dish warm adding butter, maple syrup. Bon appetite!
