For that combine beaten creamy butter with greenery, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, black and red pepper. Mix it carefully. Arrange it inside permanent paper. Leave in the fridge for 4 hrs.

Cut into pieces and top meat. It will be perfect cap for grilled chicken or pork.
